My birthday. Brownie

I forgot to share with you all my birthday pic. Jim took me to chili's and we had steak Dakotas for two. They brought me out the yummiest brownie I have ever had.

Please pray for me as I am sick again. Pre pneumonia. Urgent care is giving me a double whammy roceferin injection. Which is antibiotic and aveolox antibiotic.
Thanks so much

New stuff from eBay.

Well I won a few auctions using my Christmas card from Pam. She is the best sister in the world. I have so much fun stitching headed my way. I even ordered a kit that is coming from japan. The designer is from there and they use over 6000 different threads in their palette. Its a beautiful picture too.

Americana
Designs for the Needle
Hometown
8"x10"

Isn't this one darling.

The other is creative charms by pat and Pam. Its the small heart charm to make a cross stitched necklace.

By the way does anyone know of a tutorial to make those pillows that are prefinished and you just tuck the design in the front. I saw someone making a bunch up on a blog months ago when I first started to blog but since then I can't remember where.

Restoration.

I wonder if any of you out there in blogland can help me with a project. I have these older cross stitch pictures that I got from sales. They have yellowed and I want to clean them and make them up into something new. Here they are.

This next one is a pillowcase I was embroidering. I dont know what stained it.

And here is an old Candlewicking kit I found .

Mail call

My packages arrived. These are the ones that I ordered special from www.crossstitchworld.com using the money card my sweet sister gave me.

"Feeding Frenzy"

So I now have a ton of stuff to stitch for 2012. My goal is to see how much I can finish including UFOs. Made progress on daddy's quilt too. I think the stem stitching really makes everything pop.

Sympathy

My friend Marie sent me this beautiful card the other day . Thanks so much. She is one of the most thoughtful people I have ever known. She is always positive and thinking of others and has such strong faith.

Here is my progress of the quilt top I am stitching daddy.

Jim got me a Marjolein Bastin planner this year. I had one a few years ago and loved it. Here it is and the first picture she drew. I just love her nature watercolors.

And lastly I stopped at Hobby Lobby yesterday and got these cute trims for my ornaments I like to stitch. They were half off.

There were a few other deals but I will post that later.

This weekend starts my color theory class with stitchmap. Fun fun fun.

Doctors visit

Went to infectious disease doctor and he believes I have Morgellens disease. He doesn't believe it to be contagious. Yeah!!! The CDC is researching it and he is managing my symptoms. The lesions in the skin is the biggest drawback. But glad it isn't too serious. Thank-you to everyone who's been praying for me. Please pray for the CDC to find a cure.
