Thursday and feeling fine.

Sheba had her chemotherapy yesterday and did well. Here she is hanging out on the sofa this afternoon.

While we were waiting for her to finish we had lunch at Ryan's. It was good especially their beer battered fish. I enjoyed the carrot cake and Oreo whip cream dirt pudding. Jim was hoping for a cookie but no such luck.

More Easter cards came in the mail.

This one came from Mom and Dad Ewick. They have adopted us since the first time we moved to this area in 1998.

This came from Jim's other sister and brother in law, Dan and Rosemarie Graves and their daughter Danelle. We are so proud of Danelle ...she is one year away from completing medical school. She is going to be a pediatrician and she does lots of missionary work.

After lunch we visited our favorite store Half Price Books. Jim bought a couple of CD's on clearance and i got some books on clearance.

This book is a part of a series called Angel Bay. I was able to find three of them. I will post as I read them.

Who can resist Alma Lynn's cross stitch patterns. This is one I did not have so it was an easy choice.

And this lovely pattern book by Meadow Threads called Need Love.

And Jim bought me the latest Debbie Macomber book called More Than Words...stories of the heart. I read the first one called What Amanda Wants. It was about a teenage girl with a second bout of luekimia. It ties into the Blossom Street books. It was amazing anyone who has ever dealt with cancer or been touched by it in some way would be moved by it.

Well that's all. Jim is bringing pizza home to me. Yummy. I'm spoiled rotten.
