Our sweet baby went over the rainbow bridge Wednesday May 9, 2012. She was the best dog we've ever had. It killed us to let her go but she was beginning to suffer. We will never forget her.
God showed us her rainbow on the way home. It was vertical from ground to the clouds. As we got closer to home it left the ground and rose up in the sky. When we got home the rainbow was gone. It gave us chills.

I am sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved Sheba. Have you read the book A Dog's Purpose by Bruce Cameron?? It gave me new insight and helped heal some of my sadness. My thoughts are with you.
ReplyDeleteOh, Sarah Beth, I know how much you loved Sheba, and I'm so sorry. I know you'll grieve and never forget her, but your new "little" girl looks very happy to have found her way to you. Blessings to you all.
ReplyDeleteIt is never an easy thing to do, to let them go. Huggles.
